A non-refundable deposit of $50-$100, plus tax, is required to book.
The deposit amount depends on the tattoo being booked. Deposits will be applied to the final price of the tattoo, at the final session. This is not an estimate of the tattoo itself.
DEPOSITs
A 72 hour notice is required if you need to reschedule. If it is not prior to 72 hours of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. No exceptions.
Deposits will transfer to another day if rescheduling is needed. They will be held for up to 6 months after your original appointment. If a new date is not set by then, you will lose that deposit. Please inform me when you’d like to reschedule, I will not contact you to do so.
If you need to reschedule your appointment more than once, your original deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we will likely need to reschedule. If that is the case, you will lose your original deposit and need to leave a new one in order to rebook the appointment.
If you no show for your appointment you forfeit your deposit.
Deposits cannot be transferred to another person’s appointment.
Deposits are for the specific tattoo you are booking. If you change the tattoo design entirely prior to your appointment your deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required.
Pricing
Pricing is done individually for each tattoo, as it varies based on a lot of factors (including but not limited to- subject, style, placement, and sizing).
Please request an estimate if you would like to know the price of your specific tattoo prior to booking.
Estimates are only valid for one month after the original inquiry, if the tattoo is not initially booked.
Estimates are an approximation of the final cost of the tattoo and are subject to change.
The current minimum rate is $150, plus tax. That is the minimum starting price for any tattoo. Other tattoos that are considered more than the minimum are priced by either a flat rate or the hourly rate.
The current hourly rate is $150/hour, plus tax.
If you have a budget or limit in mind please let me know prior to inquiring. I’d be happy to work with you and make adjustments to the design/sizing to fit within your ideal price point if possible, so you can still get the results you’ll love.
Design
I do not send designs prior to your appointment.
Minor changes to a tattoo can be made prior to, or during, your appointment. But please let me know as soon as you can. If too many or major changes need to be made, or a redraw is necessary you will need to reschedule and a new deposit will be required.
touch Ups
I offer the first touchup for free within the first year (this does not include hands, fingers, or feet).
If there is additional touch ups needed, or if it is outside of the year timeframe you may be subject to a $80 touch up fee.
If you have an upcoming tattoo appointment touch ups are preferred to be scheduled at the same time, please inform me prior to your appointment.
Please refrain from requesting a touch up until your tattoo is fully healed.
How to prepare for your tattoo
A WEEK PRIOR:
Stop exfoliating or using abrasive products on the area that is getting tattooed.
Moisturize the area getting tattooed well.
Avoid sun.
Do not tan or use self tanners.
Purchase the necessary aftercare.
24 HOURS PRIOR:
Eat well and stay hydrated.
Shower prior to coming in, you do not need to shave the area that is getting tattooed and it’s preferred you don’t.
Do not consume alcohol.
Do not take medications that will thin your blood (ie. Tylenol, ibuprofen, Advil). If you are on blood thinners or take medication regularly that influence your blood pressure please inform me prior to booking. You will likely need to consult your doctor, and more than likely get a written note of approval from them before getting tattooed.
You’re welcome, and encouraged, to bring snacks and drinks. If you have a longer session we can take a break for lunch as well!
You’re welcome to bring headphones for music or a book, a blanket or pillow, or anything that will make it easier and more comfortable to pass the time!
WHAT TO WEAR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes that will allow me to access the area being tattooed easily while still maintaining your preferred comfort level.
For hips/ upper thigh area bikini bottoms with ties are recommended. For back pieces a zip up or button down shirt worn in reverse works well. For arms and legs I recommend loose fitting tank tops or shorts. For feet please wear sandals. For sternum or chest pieces I recommend wearing pasties with a button down or zip up. If you have questions regarding your specific tattoo please feel free to reach out to me prior to your appointment.
